First-generation dual pane from the 1980s and 90s is the most common job we do in Scottsdale. Fogging or haze between the panes means the seal has failed and moisture is sealed inside where nothing can reach it. We replace the sealed unit and leave the frame you already have.

Scottsdale began with a retired United States Army chaplain. Winfield Scott made a down payment on 640 acres in the Salt River Valley in 1888, farmed it, and persuaded others to settle around him.
The name arrived by accident. A landowner filed plans for a townsite called Orangedale; a newspaper misprinted it as Scottsdale, after Scott, and the name stuck well enough that the filing was amended to match. That is how one of the best known place names in Arizona came about: a typesetting error nobody bothered to correct.
